Απάντηση της ΒΙΟΜΕ σε Ποτάμι-ΚΚΕ

ΔΕΛΤΙΟ ΤΥΠΟΥ ΜΕΡΙΚΕΣ ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΕΙΣ ΣΕ ΕΠΕΡΩΤΩΝΤΕΣ ΚΟΙΝΟΒΟΥΛΕΥΤΙΚΟΥΣ

Οι εργαζόμενοι στην ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. νιώθουμε την ανάγκη να απαντήσουμε σε διάφορα θέματα και ερωτήματα που μπήκαν από μεριάς διαφόρων της ελληνικής βουλής και κάποιων «συναδέλφων» που νοιάζονται για το καλό των πολλών. Πρώτα θέλουμε να πούμε για το θέμα του νερού που έχει γίνει σίριαλ. Εκβιάζουν οι υπάλληλοι της συνδίκου (της πτωχευμένης Φίλκεραμ) κόβοντας το νερό νομίζοντας πως έτσι θα καταφέρουν την αποδυνάμωση των εργαζόμενων της ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. Προσπαθούν να μας κάνουν να εγκαταλείψουμε τον αγώνα, διαδίδοντας παράλληλα πως οι «εργαζόμενοι της ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. κλέβουν το ρεύμα». Μήπως θα μπορούσαν να απαντήσουν πως λειτουργούν από το 2010 που κόπηκε το ρεύμα στην Φίλκεραμ; Πως εξηγείται να γίνονται εργασίες κοπής και ξεπουλήματος των εγκαταστάσεων του εργοστασίου της Φίλκεραμ χωρίς ρεύμα (χωρίς ούτε να πληρώνουν ούτε να χρεώνεται τίποτα η πτωχευτική περιουσία); Μάλλον τα δαιμόνια βάλανε το χέρι τους. Πρέπει να αναφερθεί πως με διαταγή της οικογένειας Φιλίππου που διοικούσε το εργοστάσιο το 2010 έκλεβαν ρεύμα από την ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. και αυτό βόλεψε και τους μετέπειτα ωφελούμενους (συνδίκους και υπαλλήλους αυτών). Αυτό σαν μια πρώτη απάντηση σε αυτούς του «Ποταμιού» που κάνουν λόγο για κλεμμένο ρεύμα και προστάτες.

Τώρα για να λύσουμε την απορία του «Ποταμιού» όσον αφορά το πόσοι συμμετέχουν στην προσπάθεια λειτουργίας του εργοστασίου, να το πάμε λίγο πίσω, τότε που με πρωτοβουλία του σωματείου των εργαζομένων στην ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ., έγινε πρόταση επαναλειτουργίας του εργοστασίου με αριθμό πρωτοκόλλου 460/15-10-12, όπου έμπαινε πρόταση αναχρηματοδότησης της παραγωγής και αφορούσε 65 εργαζόμενους, που δεν θα απολύονταν καν. Αλλά λόγω ατολμίας και ολιγωρίας των κυβερνήσεων, που συμμετείχαν και οι αναρωτηθέντες, ως στελέχη τους, δεν έγινε απολύτως τίποτα. Στην συγκεκριμένη πρόταση υπάρχει και αίτημα για έρευνα των τραπεζικών λογαριασμών της οικογένειας Φιλίππου, όπου θα μπορούσε να απαντηθεί και το υπόλοιπο ερώτημα «από πού θα πληρωθούν οι εργαζόμενοι;» όχι μόνο της Φιλκεραμ αλλά και θυγατρικών της ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. και Ιππόκαμπος.

Σήμερα οι συμμετέχοντες στην ΚΟΙΝ.Σ.ΕΠ. είναι 22 και είναι καταγραμμένο σε πάρα πολλά site αλλά και στο μητρώο Κοινωνικής Οικονομίας. Και μια και ο συγκεκριμένος λέει ότι είναι και οικονομολόγος ας απαντήσει ο ίδιος στην απορία του για τους 14 παραιτηθέντες από το σωματείο. Όταν από ένα σωματείο όπου έχει 40 μέλη παραιτηθούν οι 14 πόσοι απομένουν; Δύσκολο το πρόβλημα; Ωραία, το απαντάμε εμείς: 26. Αυτοί είναι καταγεγραμμένοι στις αγωγές κατά της περιουσίας της Φίλκεραμ αλλά και των μάλλον προστατευόμενων του, της οικογένειας Φιλίππου.

Όσο για την γνώση τους, ότι έχουν αφαιρεθεί τα μηχανήματα από τις τράπεζες, τους απαντάμε: Ναι αφαιρέθηκε ένα μηχάνημα (όχι απαραίτητο για την παραγωγή) που το είχαν αγοράσει με leasing οι διοικούντες. Αυτό δεν αλλάζει τις δυνατότητες της παραγωγής γιατί τα υπόλοιπα μηχανήματα είναι συντηρημένα και έτοιμα να παράξουν. Αρκεί να βγάλουν έναν νόμο, που στην υπόλοιπη Ευρώπη έχουν ήδη ψηφίσει οι φίλοι τους, για την επαναλειτουργία των πτωχευμένων επιχειρήσεων.

Ακόμη ένα επιχείρημα: Στην περιοχή έκλεισαν αλλά δυο εργοστάσια που τουλάχιστον πλήρωσαν τους εργαζόμενους προτού τα κλείσουν. Ενώ έχουν πουληθεί και έχουν γκρεμιστεί οι εγκαταστάσεις, εδώ και αρκετά χρόνια, οι επενδυτές που ονειρεύονται οι συγκεκριμένοι δεν φάνηκαν, καμιά επένδυση δεν έγινε και ούτε πρόκειται να γίνει, τουλάχιστον όσα χρόνια επικεφαλείς των εισφορό/εισπρακτικών μηχανισμών είναι άτομα σαν την αφεντιά τους.

Τώρα όσων αφορά των της «Δημοκρατική Συμπαράταξη» που κάνουν και προτάσεις. Αν δεν γνωρίζουν τίποτα για την ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. (αν και μιλήσαμε στο γραφείο του συγκεκριμένου) μπορούν να μπουν και να διαβάσουν τις αναρτήσεις μας και να καταλάβουν πως η παρούσα παράγωγη είναι αλληλέγγυα για να μπορέσουμε να περάσουμε όσο διάστημα χρειαστεί το δικό του κόμμα, ή όποιο άλλο βρίσκετε στην εξουσία (και θα έδειχνε μια ευαισθησία) για να λύσει το πρόβλημα της επαναλειτουργίας του εργοστάσιου. Γιατί εμείς πάντα λέγαμε για την πλήρη παράγωγη των δομικών υλικών που παρήγαγε η ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. Αλλά προτίμησαν να το παίξουν νεκροθάφτες των σημερινών συμμετεχόντων στο εγχείρημα της ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. και παίρνουν τα μέτρα για να θάψουν άλλους 22 εργαζόμενους, προτείνοντας να μας δοθούν 200 ή 300 τετραγωνικά μέτρα. Σκοπός πολλών από αυτούς που πέρασαν από την κυβερνητική εξουσία ήταν να αφήσουν τον καιρό να κυλίσει για να φθαρεί ο αγώνας μας από τον χρόνο, μαζί και οι οικογένειες μας. Γιατί ξέρετε και εμείς (που μας αποκαλείτε στην γλώσσα των αφεντικών καταληψίες) έχουμε οικογένειες. Θα μπορούσατε τουλάχιστον, επίδοξοι νεκροθάφτες, που κατοικείτε και κοντά στο εργοστάσιο, να κάνετε μια επίσκεψη πριν μας πάρετε τα μέτρα. Εκτός και αν βλέπετε την λειτουργία της ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. ανταγωνιστικά απέναντι στις δίκες σας επιχειρήσεις.

Τώρα για τους βουλευτές του ΚΚΕ που άδραξαν την ευκαιρία να αντιπαρατεθούν την «αυτοδιαχείριση», απαντάμε πως αν καίγονται να αποζημιωθούν οι εργαζόμενοι της Φίλκεραμ, θα μπορούσαν άνετα να στηρίξουν την πρόταση του σωματείου της ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. για έλεγχο όλων των λογαριασμών της οικογένειας Φιλίππου τα προηγούμενα 15 χρόνια, για να δούμε πόσο πραγματικά πτώχευσαν. Ή την πρόταση για τον τμηματικό πλειστηριασμό των 14 οικοπέδων με εξαίρεση αυτών που λειτουργεί η ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. ώστε να αποζημιωθούν οι 225 πρώην εργαζόμενοι της Φίλκεραμ. Και ακόμη – ακόμη, μια και κάνουν λόγο και για τους εργαζόμενους της ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ., από πού πήραν τις πληροφορίες όταν δεν το κάνανε από το επίσημα αναγνωρισμένο Σωματείο; Έχουν υπόψη τους ότι από τον πλειστηριασμό των οικοπέδων και των εγκαταστάσεων της Φίλκεραμ οι εργαζόμενοι στην θυγατρική ΒΙΟ.ΜΕ. δεν θα πάρουν τίποτε; Και αν το γνωρίζουν, θα μας απαντήσουν γιατί τόσο ζήλος για κάποιους εργαζόμενους και για τους υπολοίπους τίποτε; Γιατί δεν στηρίζουν το αίτημα του σωματείου μας για την ανακοπή του τρέχοντος πλειστηριασμού ώστε να μπορούν να έχουν δικαίωμα στην πτωχευτική περιουσία όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι του ομίλου (και της μητρικής και των θυγατρικών); Το ερώτημα απευθύνεται τόσο προς το ΚΚΕ, όσο και προς συναδέλφους στο ΠΑΜΕ.

Τώρα επειδή το ζαλίσαμε πολύ σας λέμε ξεκάθαρα (όπως το κάνουμε από την αρχή του αγώνα μας) πως το 2011 καταστράφηκαν οι ζωές μας. Μέσα από συνεχείς αγώνες και προσπάθειες καταφέραμε τουλάχιστον να έχουμε ένα αλληλέγγυο εισόδημα, για να μην πεινάνε τα παιδιά μας, να έχουμε απομακρύνει τις πιθανότητες κατάθλιψης, να έχουμε μεγάλα αποθέματα αξιοπρεπείας και δεν έχουμε καμιά διάθεση να ξανάρθουμε σε πρότερες καταστάσεις. Όποιος μπει εμπόδιο σε αυτή την προσπάθεια για μας θα είναι ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟΣ.

Το μόνο που ζητάμε είναι να νομιμοποιηθεί η λειτουργία ώστε να έχουμε το ρεύμα, το νερό, το αέριο, στο όνομα της συνεργατικής και αν δεν τα πληρώνουμε, τότε να λέτε για προστάτες. Γιατί πρέπει να ξέρετε πως οι συνεργατικές δεν έχουν χρέη σε τράπεζες, σε προμηθευτές, στο κράτος, και μπορείτε να κάνετε επαλήθευση. Και ας μας πείτε επιτέλους, θέλετε νέες θέσεις εργασίας στον τόπο ή όχι;

Αν θέλετε θέσεις σκλαβιάς δεν έχετε πάρα να το πείτε καθαρά.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that.
