Τα αποτελέσματα των εκλογών στη ΝΔ λύνουν τα χέρια του άξονα Βρυξελλών-Βερολίνου. Οι γραφειοφασίστες των Βρυξελλών και το διευθυντήριο του Βερολίνου έχουν τώρα μια πρώτης τάξεως εφεδρεία σε περίπτωση που τα πράγματα "στραβώσουν" με την σημερινή κυβέρνηση.

Παρόλο που ο Τσίπρας παραδόθηκε άνευ όρων μετά το οικονομικό πραξικόπημα της Ευρωπαϊκής Χρηματοπιστωτικής Δικτατορίας το περασμένο καλοκαίρι, είναι αλήθεια ότι τα μεγαλοστελέχη της (Μέρκελ, Σόιμπλε, Γιούνκερ, Ντράγκι κ.λ.π.), δεν αισθάνονται και πολύ άνετα με την κυβέρνηση ΣΥΡΙΖΑ-ΑΝΕΛ, ειδικά μετά τις πολιτικές εξελίξεις σε Πορτογαλία και Ισπανία και την κατάρρευση εκεί του δικομματισμού και του πολιτικού κατεστημένου που υπηρετεί πιστά την νεοφιλελεύθερη ατζέντα.

Είναι σίγουρο ότι φοβούνται τώρα μήπως ο Τσίπρας καταφέρει να σχηματίσει ενιαίο μέτωπο με άλλες Ευρωπαϊκές δυνάμεις, κάτι που θα τους χαλάσει τα σχέδια για επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του πειράματος στην Ελλάδα και επέκτασή του στην υπόλοιπη ευρωζώνη.

Έτσι, ο νέος αρχηγός της ΝΔ, Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης, αποτελεί την καλύτερη λύση προκειμένου να εφαρμόσει πιστά τις πιο σκληρές νεοφιλελεύθερες πολιτικές προκειμένου να ολοκληρωθεί το πείραμα με κάθε λεπτομέρεια.

Ο Μητσοτάκης ανήκει στην ομάδα των γαλάζιων στελεχών (Χατζηδάκης, Γεωργιάδης κ.λ.π.), που έχουν γαλουχηθεί με το νεοφιλελεύθερο δόγμα και είναι απόλυτα αφοσιωμένα σ'αυτό. Με το πρόσχημα της "εξυγίανσης" και των "μεταρρυθμίσεων", θα αποτελειώσει ότι απέμεινε από το κοινωνικό κράτος και θα προχωρήσει χωρίς δυσκολία και αποκλίσεις από το χρονοδιάγραμμα του νεοφιλελεύθερου πειράματος στην Ελλάδα.

Αξίζει να θυμηθούμε ότι ο Κώστας Μητσοτάκης είναι αυτός που στις αρχές της δεκαετίας του 90 άνοιξε διάπλατα τον δρόμο για την επέλαση του νεοφιλελευθερισμού στην Ελλάδα, κάτι που συνεχίστηκε αργότερα από τον Κώστα Σημίτη, ο οποίος ακολούθησε πιστά την κυρίαρχη αντίληψη, μετά και την υποταγή του Δημοκρατικού Μπιλ Κλίντον στο τραπεζικό κεφάλαιο και την πλήρη απορρύθμιση της Αμερικανικής οικονομίας. Ο δρόμος για την καταστροφή της χώρας άνοιξε διάπλατα.

Είναι χαρακτηριστικό ότι μετά τα αποτελέσματα των εκλογών στη ΝΔ, το μιντιακό κατεστημένο έκανε εκτενείς αναφορές στον νικητή (σαν να πρόκειται για κάποιον σωτήρα που θα σώσει τη χώρα), ενώ τα διαδικτυακά τρολ έπιασαν δουλειά διατυμπανίζοντας την "νέα ελπίδα", ή, "νέα εποχή" που έρχεται για τη χώρα. Είναι τουλάχιστον γελοίο, αν σκεφτεί κανείς ότι έχει να κάνει με έναν από τους πιο γνήσιους εκπροσώπους της οικογενειοκρατίας και των πολιτικών τζακιών στην Ελλάδα. Έναν εκπρόσωπο του παλαιοκοματικού κατεστημένου το οποίο έφερε τη χώρα στη σημερινή κατάσταση.

Τίποτα λοιπόν το καινούργιο και τίποτα το ελπιδοφόρο. Απλά η εγχώρια πλουτοκρατία σε συνεργασία με την ευρωδικτατορία θέλουν μια σίγουρη εφεδρεία για παν ενδεχόμενο ...

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that. It looks at the situation entirely from the perspective of those opposing Daniel Ortega’s government while whitewashing their malevolent behavior and downplaying the levels of US support they have relied on. Her piece is an incomplete depiction of what is happening on the ground, ignoring many salient facts that have come to light and which have been outdated by recent events.
