Επίσημο: Ο Ντράγκι επιβεβαιώνει τον αποικιοκρατικό μηχανισμό της ευρω-δικτατορίας

Ο επικεφαλής της Ευρωπαϊκής Χρηματοπιστωτικής Δικτατορίας (ΕΧΔ), φρόντισε και πάλι να υπενθυμίσει ποιος είναι το "αφεντικό" και να επιβεβαιώσει άλλη μια φορά ότι η Ελλάδα έχει μετατραπεί σε αποικία χρέους, στην οποία διεξάγεται ένα από τα σκληρότερα πειράματα του νεοφιλελευθερισμού.

Μετά το οικονομικό πραξικόπημα του καλοκαιριού όπου η ΕΚΤ απείλησε με ολοκληρωτική οικονομική κατάρρευση τη χώρα, όντας απόλυτα εξαρτημένη από το ευρώ και κατ'επέκταση, την αγορά των κρατικών ομολόγων από την ΕΚΤ, ο επικεφαλής της ΕΧΔ με επιστολή του σε ευρωβουλευτές του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, ξεκαθάρισε πως δεν θα ανεχτεί αποκλίσεις από το πρόγραμμα του Ελληνικού πειράματος.

Συγκεκριμένα, με επιστολή του σε σχετικό ερώτημα που υπέβαλαν οι ευρωβουλευτές του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Στέλιος Κούλογλου και Δημήτρης Παπαδημούλης, ο Μάριο Ντράγκι αναφέρει ότι η ΕΚΤ θα αγοράζει ομόλογα του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου μόνο εφόσον η χώρα υλοποιήσει του Ελληνικό "πρόγραμμα", σύμφωνα με τις επιταγές των δανειστών.

Στην επιστολή αναφέρεται μεταξύ άλλων ότι:

... για χώρες οι οποίες εφαρμόζουν τέτοια προγράμματα όπως η Ελλάδα, η χρονική στιγμή ενδεχόμενων αγορών [ομολόγων που εκδίδονται από κυβερνήσεις] εξαρτάται από πρόσθετους παράγοντες που συνδέονται με τις αξιολογήσεις του προγράμματος.

Το Ευρωσύστημα και η Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος εξακολουθούν να παρέχουν στήριξη στις ελληνικές τράπεζες, ώστε αυτές να χρηματοδοτούν με τη σειρά τους την πραγματική οικονομία και ως εκ τούτου συμβάλλουν στη σταθερότητα του ελληνικού χρηματοπιστωτικού συστήματος, ...

... έπειτα από την επιτυχημένη ολοκλήρωση της ανακεφαλαιοποίησης των ελληνικών τραπεζών, η προσήλωση στο νέο πρόγραμμα μακροοικονομικής προσαρμογής και η ανάληψη της κυριότητάς του αποτελούν καθοριστικούς παράγοντες για την ενίσχυση της εμπιστοσύνης των καταθετών και των επενδυτών της αγοράς στο ελληνικό τραπεζικό σύστημα και επομένως για τη δημιουργία θετικών επιδράσεων στις συνθήκες ρευστότητας στην ελληνική οικονομία.

Ο Ντράγκι στην αρχή της επιστολής φροντίζει να υπενθυμίσει ότι “... η πιστοληπτική διαβάθμιση του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου δεν πληροί προς το παρόν αυτό το κριτήριο ...”, κάτι για το οποίο βεβαίως φρόντισαν οι περίφημοι οίκοι αξιολόγησης.

Ενώ δηλαδή το Ελληνικό δημόσιο πρέπει να περάσει δια πυρός και σιδήρου για να δανειστεί απ'ευθείας από την ΕΚΤ, η ΕΚΤ συνεχίζει να δανείζει το αποτυχημένο τραπεζικό σύστημα, στο οποίο παραμένουν πολλοί από τους ανθρώπους των αποτυχημένων διοικήσεων και που παραμένει πάντα στα χέρια ιδιωτών. Έτσι, η Ελληνική οικονομία βρίσκεται υπό την απόλυτη ομηρία της ΕΚΤ και των ιδιωτών τραπεζιτών.

Άρα, επιβεβαιώνεται πλήρως και επισήμως, ο μηχανισμός που έστησε η ΕΧΔ, προκειμένου να μετατρέψει τα κράτη της ευρωζώνης σε αποικίες χρέους. Ο μηχανισμός που περιγράψαμε με ακρίβεια ήδη από το 2012, όταν στο άκουσμα της απεριόριστης αγοράς κρατικών ομολόγων από την ΕΚΤ, τα συστημικά μίντια ευλόγως πανηγύριζαν:

... η ΕΚΤ μετατρέπεται σε μια ανάλογη Fed επί Ευρωπαϊκού εδάφους, καθώς, θα «εξυπηρετεί» τις προβληματικές οικονομίες που είναι αποκλεισμένες από τις αγορές ομολόγων, με το τύπωμα νέου χρήματος. Έτσι οι προβληματικές οικονομίες θα φορτώνονται με όλο και μεγαλύτερο χρέος το οποίο θα περνάει στα χέρια της ΕΚΤ, δηλαδή των μεγαλύτερων ιδιωτικών Ευρωπαϊκών τραπεζών που την ελέγχουν. Θα μπορούσε κάποιος να πει ότι αυτό δεν έχει και πολύ μεγάλη σημασία, αφού και πριν, τα κράτη ήταν χρεωμένα στις τράπεζες μέσω του υπέρογκου δανεισμού τους από τις αγορές. Όμως στην περίπτωση αυτή υπάρχει μια σημαντική διαφορά που κάνει τα πράγματα πολύ χειρότερα: είναι οι ανελέητοι όροι που επιβάλει η ΕΚΤ προς τα κράτη που θέλουν να αγοράσουν χρήμα. Τα κράτη που είναι αποκλεισμένα από τις αγορές, εγκλωβίζονται τώρα μέσα στην νεοφιλελεύθερη οικονομική αυτοκρατορία της ευρωζώνης και θα αναγκάζονται κάθε φορά να ακολουθούν νέα σκληρά μέτρα λιτότητας προκειμένου η ΕΚΤ να αγοράζει τα ομόλογά τους.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique.
