Εκβιασμός αποικιοκρατικών εποχών

Σε τι ακριβώς στοχεύει η εταιρεία Eldorado Gold είναι κάτι περισσότερο από εμφανές. Αλλωστε, αυτό ομολογείται από τα πιο επίσημα χείλη. Ο διευθύνων σύμβουλος της εταιρείας, Πολ Ράιτ, ανακοίνωσε ότι είναι θέμα χρόνου να σταματήσει η δραστηριότητά της στην Ελλάδα, εφόσον δεν γίνουν δεκτοί οι όροι της.

Ο κ. Ράιτ σημείωσε ότι κινδυνεύουν άμεσα 1.500 θέσεις εργασίας επειδή, κατά τη γνώμη του, η αντιμετώπιση των ξένων επενδυτών από την ελληνική κυβέρνηση αποτελεί πολύ κακό παράδειγμα. Δεν γνωρίζουμε αν η λέξη «εκβιασμός» είναι αρκετή για να χαρακτηρίσει τη στάση της Eldorado Gold. Ορισμένοι μιλούν για αποικιοκρατική συμπεριφορά και δεν έχουν άδικο.

Η εταιρεία αυτή έχει κάνει δεύτερη φύση της τον εκβιασμό και τις αποικιοκρατικές πρακτικές. Κάθε φορά που οι εκάστοτε ελληνικές κυβερνήσεις τολμούσαν να την ενοχλήσουν -έστω και διερευνητικά- η απάντηση ήταν σε απλά ελληνικά: «Ή μας αφήνετε ήσυχους ή τα μαζεύουμε και φεύγουμε». Τέτοια πρακτική εφαρμόζουν, άλλωστε, οι πολυεθνικές σε ολόκληρο τον κόσμο, ιδιαίτερα όταν διαπιστώνουν ότι η τακτική αυτή αποδίδει.

«Η επένδυση θα γίνει με κάθε κόστος», είχε δηλώσει -υπακούοντας σ’ αυτή τη λογική και πράττοντας αναλόγως- ο Αντώνης Σαμαράς. Συνεπώς οι ιθύνοντες της Eldorado Gold και οι εγχώριοι συνεργάτες τους βρήκαν πρόθυμους και τα κάνουν. Για να λέμε όμως όλη την αλήθεια, υπάρχει μια ολόκληρη πολιτική σχολή που θέλει πολλές Eldorado στη χώρα, οι οποίες θα κάνουν ό,τι θέλουν, όποτε θέλουν και όπως το θέλουν. Αρκεί να έρθουν.

Ο νέος αρχηγός της Ν.Δ. Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης δήλωσε για το θέμα: «Καλώ τον κ. Τσίπρα να παρέμβει, ώστε να δοθεί λύση στο πρόβλημα άμεσα. Ειλικρινά δεν καταλαβαίνω τι θα πει στους ξένους επενδυτές που θα δει στο Νταβός την ερχόμενη εβδομάδα με τις Σκουριές κλειστές»!!!

Δηλαδή καλεί τον πρωθυπουργό να υποκύψει στους εκβιασμούς του κ. Ράιτ για να ξέρουν και οι επενδυτές στο Νταβός με ποιους όρους μπορούν -αν θέλουν- να επενδύσουν στην Ελλάδα. Μήπως στις χώρες που είναι γνωστές ως μπανανίες συμβαίνει κάτι διαφορετικό από αυτό που προτείνει ο κ. Μητσοτάκης;
