Ο πραγματικός λόγος του πολέμου στη Λιβύη και το κοινό χαρακτηριστικό με την Ελληνική περίπτωση

Στα πλαίσια του νόμου περί ελευθερίας της πληροφόρησης, η αντίστοιχη ιστοσελίδα του Αμερικανικού Υπουργείου Εξωτερικών δημοσίευσε ηλεκτρονική αλληλογραφία σχετικά με τον πόλεμο στη Λιβύη, που επιβεβαιώνει αυτό που πολλοί από εμάς ήδη γνωρίζαμε για τους πραγματικούς λόγους πίσω από την Δυτική επέμβαση. Ένας πόλεμος που έφερε απόλυτο χάος στη χώρα και δημιούργησε κύματα απελπισμένων ανθρώπων που καταφεύγουν στην Ευρώπη, με πολλούς από αυτούς να χάνουν τη ζωή τους σε ναυάγια.

Τα ντοκουμέντα ουσιαστικά επιβεβαιώνουν την Γαλλική νεο-αποικιοκρατία μέσω του ελέγχου του νομίσματος - όπως και η αποικία χρέους που λέγεται Ελλάδα μέσω του ευρώ - χωρών της Κεντρικής και Δυτικής Αφρικής. Οι χώρες αυτές χρησιμοποιούν το CFA Φράγκο, με εγγύηση του Γαλλικού Υπουργείου Οικονομικών, παρόλο που Γαλλία υιοθέτησε το ευρώ ως νόμισμα ήδη από το 1999.

Συγκεκριμένα, στα αποχαρακτηρισμένα έγγραφα αναφέρεται μεταξύ άλλων, ότι τον Απρίλιο του 2011, ορισμένες πηγές με πρόσβαση σε συμβούλους του Saif al-Islam Gaddafi (δεύτερου γιου του Μουαμάρ Καντάφι), δήλωσαν με απόλυτη εμπιστευτικότητα, ότι ενώ το πάγωμα των τραπεζικών λογαριασμών της Λιβύης στο εξωτερικό προκάλεσε σοβαρές δυσκολίες στον Καντάφι, η δυνατότητα να εξοπλίζει και να συντηρεί τις ένοπλες δυνάμεις και τις μυστικές υπηρεσίες παρέμεινε ακέραια. Αναφέρεται επίσης, ότι σύμφωνα με ευαίσθητες πληροφορίες που είχαν στη διάθεσή τους αυτές οι πηγές, η κυβέρνηση Καντάφι κατείχε 143 τόνους χρυσού και παρόμοια ποσότητα ασημιού. Προς τα τέλη Μαρτίου του 2011, τα αποθέματα αυτά μεταφέρθηκαν από την πρωτεύουσα και τα θησαυροφυλάκια της κεντρικής τράπεζας της Λιβύης, στην περιοχή Sabha (νοτιοδυτικά, προς την κατεύθυνση των συνόρων της Λιβύης με τον Νίγηρα και το Τσαντ).

Ο χρυσός συγκεντρώθηκε πριν από την τωρινή εξέγερση και είχε σκοπό να ιδρύσει ένα παν-Αφρικανικό νόμισμα με βάση το Λιβυκό, χρυσό δηνάριο. Το σχέδιο είχε σαν στόχο να προμηθεύσει τις Γαλλόφωνες Αφρικανικές χώρες με ένα εναλλακτικό νόμισμα έναντι του Γαλλικού Φράγκου CFA.

Σύμφωνα με τις ίδιες πηγές, η Γαλλική επέμβαση στη Λιβύη που αποφασίστηκε από τον Σαρκοζί, είχε ως στόχο, εκτός από την ισχυροποίηση της Γαλλικής επιρροής στη Βόρεια Αφρική, την επιθυμία για απόκτηση μεγαλύτερου μεριδίου από την παραγωγή Λιβυκού πετρελαίου.

Οι αποκαλύψεις φανερώνουν άλλον ένα λόγο που οι νεαροί φανατικοί Ισλαμιστές μπορούν εύκολα να χειραγωγηθούν από διάφορους μηχανισμούς, ώστε να διεξάγουν επιθέσεις εντός Γαλλικού εδάφους. Ωστόσο, παρόλο που τα ντοκουμέντα αναφέρονται στη Γαλλική επέμβαση, οι ευθύνες της Δύσης συνολικά δεν είναι αμελητέες. Ουσιαστικά, αυτές οι αποκαλύψεις μπορούν να θεωρηθούν ως επιπρόσθετες αποδείξεις της προσπάθειας της Δύσης να κρατήσει τις χώρες της Αφρικής κάτω από τον νεο-αποικιοκρατικό Δυτικό έλεγχο.

Ειδικά όσον αφορά την πληροφορία, ότι η Λιβύη σχεδίαζε να προμηθεύσει τις Γαλλόφωνες Αφρικανικές χώρες με ένα εναλλακτικό νόμισμα, μέσω των αποθεμάτων χρυσού της, δείχνει ότι η Δύση έβλεπε τον κίνδυνο να προσχωρήσει η Αφρικανική ήπειρος στο Σινο-Ρωσικό μπλοκ, καθώς η παρουσία της Κίνας σε οικονομικό επίπεδο είναι ήδη αρκετά έντονη.

Ο πόλεμος [στη Λιβύη] έφερε το απόλυτο χάος στη χώρα και επέκτεινε το τόξο του Ισλαμικού εξτρεμισμού σε όλη τη Βόρεια Αφρική, έως το Ιράκ και την Συρία. Παρόλο που μπορεί να θεωρηθεί ως ένας προληπτικός πόλεμος αποσταθεροποίησης καθεστώτων που θα μπορούσαν να προσφέρουν στη Ρωσία την ευκαιρία να επεκταθεί γεωπολιτικά στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Μεσογείου, ορισμένοι αναλυτές θεωρούν ότι πρόκειται για προληπτική ενέργεια κατά του Κινεζικού οικονομικού επεκτατισμού σε όλη την Αφρικανική ήπειρο. Ο Eric Draitser της ιστοσελίδας StopImperialism.org, σε πρόσφατη ανάλυσή του, τόνισε ότι η περίπτωση της Λιβύης πρέπει να κατανοηθεί ως μια από τις βασικές αφετηρίες για την ευρύτερη αποσταθεροποίηση της Βορείου και Δυτικής Αφρικής, προκειμένου να αποδυναμωθεί η παρουσία της Κίνας που θα μπορούσε να προσφέρει ένα εναλλακτικό μοντέλο ανάπτυξης. Οι χώρες αυτές κατανοούν ότι είναι δέσμιες του χρέους και του Δυτικού κεφαλαίου και βλέπουν στην Κίνα έναν εναλλακτικό δρόμο ανάπτυξης. Αυτό προσπαθούν να αποτρέψουν οι ΗΠΑ και οι σύμμαχοί τους και η τρομοκρατία είναι ένας τρόπος για να το πετύχουν. Η τρομοκρατική οργάνωση Boko Haram που σπέρνει τη φρίκη κυρίως σε χώρες της Δυτικής Αφρικής, ταιριάζει απόλυτα σε ένα τέτοιο σενάριο.

Επιπλέον, οι ενέργειες της κυβέρνησης Καντάφι, δείχνουν ότι η Λιβύη και οι περισσότερες χώρες της Κεντρικής-Δυτικής Αφρικής, θα μπορούσαν εύκολα να ενσωματωθούν σε ένα εναλλακτικό νομισματικό σύστημα των BRICS, στην περίπτωση που αυτό βασίζονταν στον κανόνα του χρυσού. Ήδη, η ομάδα των BRICS, με πρωταγωνίστριες τη Ρωσία και την Κίνα, επιχειρούν να αυτονομηθούν από το μονοπώλιο του Δυτικού νομισματικού συστήματος, χτίζοντας το δικό τους νομισματικό σύστημα με ταχείς ρυθμούς.

Φυσικά, οι Δυτικοί νεο-αποικιοκράτες δεν θα δεχόντουσαν ποτέ μια τέτοια προοπτική και θα έκαναν τα πάντα για να την αποτρέψουν, ακόμα και αν έπρεπε να αποσταθεροποιήσουν ολόκληρη την περιοχή.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’
