Εργασιακός μεσαίωνας: 127.000 εργαζόμενοι δουλεύουν για λιγότερο από 100 ευρώ μικτά το μήνα!

Το κείμενο θέσεων για τις εργασιακές σχέσεις που απέστειλε το υπουργείο Εργασίας στην επιτροπή εμπειρογνωμόνων πραγματικά σοκάρει αφού: 126.956 εργαζόμενοι αμείβονται με μικτό μηνιαίο μισθό έως 100 ευρώ και συνολικά 343.760 εργαζόμενοι αμείβονται με μηνιαίους μισθούς από 100 έως και 400 ευρώ μικτά!

Ουσιαστικά, όπως αναφέρει και η «Ναυτεμπορική» πρόκειται για εργαζόμενους με συμβάσεις εργασίας μερικής απασχόλησης ή εκ περιτροπής εργασία δύο, τριών ημερών την εβδομάδα ή ακόμη και μερικών ωρών την εβδομάδα.

Σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία του ΙΚΑ, ο μέσος μισθός για μερική απασχόληση κυμαίνεται από 400 ευρώ μικτά έως και 420 ευρώ μικτά το μήνα. Από τα στοιχεία αυτά προκύπτει ότι στην Ελλάδα ο αριθμός των εργαζομένων που αμείβεται με μισθούς έως και 510 ευρώ μικτά ανέρχεται συνολικά σε 432.033 άτομα.

Από τα στοιχεία προκύπτει ότι η οικονομική ύφεση λειτούργησε ως επιταχυντής της διεύρυνσης των μορφών μερικής απασχόλησης, με αποτέλεσμα ειδικά μετά το 2012 να έχουμε εντυπωσιακή αύξηση του αριθμού των εργαζομένων με μερική απασχόληση, αλλά και αύξηση των μετατροπών των συμβάσεων εργασίας από πλήρους απασχόλησης σε μερικής απασχόλησης ή σε εκ περιτροπής εργασία.
