O Τσάβες σύμβολο ενότητας

Ο Τσάβες ήταν “ο Χριστός των φτωχών της Λατινικής Αμερικής”, οι ταπεινοί άνθρωποι τον θυμούνται σαν αυτόν που έκανε τα περισσότερα στην ιστορία της περιοχής για την ενοποίηση αυτού του μέρους του κόσμου. Η πιο πολύτιμη κληρονομία του βρίσκεται στους οργανισμούς ενοποίησης, σαν την ALBA, την UNASUR, την Petrocaribe και το διεθνές κανάλι Τelesur.

O αιώνιος Κομαντάντε Τσάβες

Ο Ούγκο Ραφαέλ Τσάβες Φρίας γεννήθηκε στις 28 Ιουλίου 1954 στην Σαμπανέτα της περιφέρειας Μπαρίνας, μια κλασική περιοχή του κάμπου της Βενεζουέλας. Γονείς του ήταν ο Ούγκο ντε λος Ρέγιες Τσάβες και η Ελένα Φρίας.

Ήταν ο δεύτερος από έξι αδέρφια. Η ινδιάνα γιαγιά του Ρόσα Ινές Τσάβες φρόντιζε τα δύο μεγαλύτερα αδέρφια και ήταν αυτή που έμαθε στον μικρό Ούγκο να διαβάζει και να γράφει, ενώ ο μικρός βοηθούσε οικονομικά την οικογένεια πουλώντας γλυκά από παπάγια, γνωστά ως "arañas" (αράχνες). Γι αυτό ήταν γνωστός ως ο "arañero" της Σαμπανέτα.

Ξεκινά η ενοποίηση της Λατινικής Αμερικής

Το 2001 ο Κομαντάντε Ούγκο Τσάβες πρότεινε μαζί με τον ηγέτη της κουβανικής Επανάστασης Φιντέλ Κάστρο, την δημιουργία ενός οργανισμού συνεργασίας και συμπληρωματικότητας που ονομάστηκε ALBA.

Ο φορέας αυτός προώθησε την ανάπτυξη όλων των εθνών σύμφωνα με τις αρχές της συμπληρωματικότητας και της περιφερειακής συνεργασίας με αμοιβαίο σεβασμό και αλληλεγγύη.

Πρόκειται για μία πρόταση που κατατέθηκε κατά την διάρκεια της δεύτερης Συνόδου Κορυφής των αρχηγών κρατών και κυβερνήσεων της Ένωσης Κρατών της Καραϊβικής που πραγματοποιήθηκε στην Βενεζουέλα.

Το 2009 μετονομάστηκε σε Συμμαχία για τους Λαούς της Δικής μας Αμερικής - Συνθήκη Εμπορίου των Λαών (ALBA- TCP).

“Η Μπολιβαριανή Συμμαχία για τους Λαούς της Δικής μας Αμερικής (ALBA) είναι το έδαφος για την οικοδόμηση του οικονομικού και πολιτικού μοντέλου", είπε ο Ούγκο Τσάβες το 2009.

Σήμερα στην ALBA-TCP συμμετέχουν η Βενεζουέλα, η Κούβα, η Βολιβία, η Νικαράγουα, η κοινοπολιτεία της Δομινίκα, η Αντίγουα και Μπαρμπούδα, το Εκουαδόρ, ο Σαν Βισέντε & Γρεναδίνες, η Σάντα Λουσία, ο Σάν Κριστόμπαλ και η Νιέβες & Γρανάδα.

Η γέννηση του Telesur

Aυτό το πρόγραμμα δημιουργήθηκε το 2005 από τον πρόεδρο Ούγκο Τσάβες σαν ένα κανάλι ειδήσεων, για να σπάσει την μιντιακή σιωπή των μεγάλων αλυσίδων που χειρίζονται την πληροφορία. Η πλατφόρμα πολυμέσων γεννήθηκε για να προβάλει την πραγματικότητα των ανθρώπων που δεν έχουν φωνή.

Ξεκίνησε τις μεταδόσεις του στις 24 Ιούλη του ίδιου έτους, στην 222 επέτειο της γέννησης του Σιμόν Μπολίβαρ και είχε την υποστήριξη της Αργεντινής, της Βολιβίας, της Κούβας, του Ισημερινού και της Νικαράγουα.

“Γεννήθηκε το Telesur , εγώ που είμαι καθολικός και πολύ χριστιανός, ζητάω από το Θεό να βοηθήσει όλη αυτή την προσπάθεια για το καλό των λαών μας”, δήλωσε τότε ο Τσάβες.

Συμμαχία Βενεζουέλας – Καραϊβικής

Με πρωτοβουλία της κυβέρνησης Τσάβες ιδρύθηκε τον Ιούνιο του 2005 η Συμμαχία Petrocaribe, που επιτρέπει στις χώρες της Καραϊβικής να αγοράζουν με ευνοϊκούς όρους, μέχρι 185.000 βαρέλια πετρέλαιο ημερησίως.

Unasur

Η Ένωση Νοτιοαμερικανικών Κρατών (Unasur) δημιουργήθηκε στις 23 Μαΐου 2008, όταν εγκρίθηκε η Ιδρυτική Συνθήκη, με την οποία καθορίστηκε η πρωτεύουσα του Εκουαδόρ, Κίτο, ως μόνιμη έδρα της Γραμματείας και η Κοτσαμπάμπα της Βολιβίας, ως μόνιμη έδρα του Κοινοβουλίου. Βασικός στόχος τέθηκε η πολιτιστική, κοινωνική, οικονομική και πολιτική ενοποίηση των χωρών, με προτεραιότητα στις βασικές ανάγκες του λαού και στόχο την εξάλειψη των ανισοτήτων και την ενίσχυση της κυριαρχίας των χωρών, με σεβασμό στις αρχές και την ανεξαρτησία τους.

Celac, χώρος ενοποίησης και ανάπτυξης

Η Κοινότητα Χωρών της Λατινικής Αμερικής και της Καραϊβικής (Celac), οργανισμός που αποτελείται από 33 χώρες της Κεντρικής και Νότιας Αμερικής και της Καραϊβικής, ιδρύθηκε το 2010 με στόχο την προώθηση της περιφερειακής ενοποίησης, χωρίς την επιρροή των ΗΠΑ και του Καναδά.

“Το πνεύμα της ενότητας επέστρεψε με όλες του τις δυνάμεις [...] η Celac στέκεται με έναν χαρακτήρα και μια προσωπικότητα καλά καθορισμένη”, ανέφερε σε επιστολή του ο Πρόεδρος Τσάβες στη 2η Σύνοδο Κορυφής της Celac, στο Καράκας της Βενεζουέλας.

H Bενεζουέλα στο Μercosur

Στις 6 Ιουλίου 2006, οι Πρόεδροι, Νέστωρ Κίρσνερ της Αργεντινής, Λουίς Ινάσιο Λούλα ντα Σίλβα της Βραζιλίας, Ταμπαρέ Βάσκες της Ουρουγουάης και Νικάνωρ Ντουάρτε της Παραγουάης, συναντήθηκαν στο θέατρο Τερέσα Καρένιο του Καράκας και υπόγραψαν παρουσία του Κομαντάντε Ούγκο Τσάβες, την ένταξη της Βενεζουέλας στην Κοινή Αγορά του Νότου (Mercosur).

Ωστόσο, η πλήρης ένταξη της Βενεζουέλας ως Κράτος – μέλος του Mercosur, υλοποιήθηκε έξι χρόνια μετά, στις 31 Ιουλίου 2012, μετά από αγώνα του Κομαντάντε Ούγκο Τσάβες για την ενίσχυση της περιφερειακής ενοποίησης και την οικοδόμηση μιας Μεγάλης Πατρίδας, που θα προωθεί την ανάπτυξη των λαών της ηπέιρου.

“Είμαστε στη Μercosur. Tώρα αυτός είναι ο τρόπος για την ανάπτυξη της οικονομίας και της κοινωνίας, γιατί εμείς μόνο μας δεν μπορούμε, είναι αδύνατον μόνοι μας, ενάντια στον κόσμο, ενάντια στο ρεύμα. Ας ευχαριστήσουμε τον Θεό που η Βενεζουέλα είναι στη Mercosur και η Mercosur είναι στην Βενεζουέλα”.
