UN Palestinian Rights Committee In her address to the Human Rights Council on 3 July 2025, Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967, warned of a genocide unfolding in Gaza and the West Bank.
