Το Καραβάνι Αγώνα και Αλληλεγγύης επέστρεψε στη Θεσσαλονίκη συνεχίζοντας τον αγώνα και την παραγωγή

Με ψηλά το κεφάλι επέστρεψε από την Αθήνα στη Θεσσαλονίκη το Καραβάνι Αγώνα και Αλληλεγγύης, μετά από πολλές μέρες δυναμικών κινητοποιήσεων. Οι εργάτες της ΒΙΟΜΕ, που έμειναν για σχεδόν μία εβδομάδα στην Αθήνα, αποχώρησαν, καταγγέλλοντας την κυβέρνηση για τις ανεκπλήρωτες υποσχέσεις σε μία συνέντευξη τύπου.

Όλα είχαν ξεκινήσει την Πέμπτη 30 Ιουνίου, με το λεωφορείο να ξεκινά από τη Θεσσαλονίκη και να φτάνει στην Αθήνα, όπου διεξήχθη μαζική γενική συνέλευση στο κατειλημμένο θέατρο «Εμπρός». Το Καραβάνι διοργάνωναν επίσημα το σωματείο Εργαζομένων ΒΙΟΜΕ, η Πρωτοβουλία Αλληλεγγύης, οι Ρομπέν του Ξύλου, καθώς και το Εργατικό Ιατρείο που λειτουργεί αυτοοργανωμένα μέσα στο κατειλημμένο εργοστάσιο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Μάλιστα, στη συνέλευση οι Ρομπέν, ανακοίνωσαν ότι εκδόθηκε μία από τις άδειες που είναι αναγκαίες για να μπορέσουν να παράγουν.

Την επόμενη μέρα, οι εργάτες της ΒΙΟΜΕ συναντήθηκαν με την αναπληρώτρια υπουργό Εργασίας, Ράνια Αντωνοπούλου, και της έθεσαν τα αιτήματά τους. Συγκεκριμένα, απαίτησαν να νομιμοποιηθεί η λειτουργία του εργοστασίου, να παραχωρηθεί το συγκεκριμένο οικόπεδο στη ΒΙΟΜΕ και να συνδεθεί το νερό και το ρεύμα. Στη συνέχεια, οι εργάτες έφτασαν έξω από το υπουργείο Εργασίας, ανακοίνωσαν τα όσα συζητήθηκαν και ανέφεραν ότι θα κατασκηνώσουν μέχρι να δοθεί η απάντηση τη Δευτέρα.

Η ΕΛΑΣ, που είχε προειδοποιήσει από πριν ότι «αν ανοίξετε σκηνές έχουμε εντολές από πάνω, να αγκαλιαστούμε» επιτέθηκε απρόκλητα. Οι διαδηλωτές αντιστάθηκαν και έτσι τα ΜΑΤ χρησιμοποίησαν γκλομπ, χημικά και γροθιές, ενώ προέβησαν σε μία προσαγωγή. Όταν προσπάθησαν να μεταγάγουν τον προσαχθέντα, οι συγκεντρωμένοι αντιστάθηκαν εκ νέου και ακολούθησε νέος γύρος σκληρής καταστολής. Σε αυτό το σημείο, προσήχθη και ο δημοσιογράφος του Πριν, Χρήστος Αβραμίδης, αφού χτυπήθηκε και σύρθηκε στο έδαφος.

Μάλιστα, τα ΜΑΤ τον έσερναν προς το μεταγωγικό παρότι δήλωνε τη δημοσιογραφική του ιδιότητα. Στη συνέχεια, οι δύο συλληφθέντες αφέθηκαν ελεύθεροι και οι εργάτες κατάφεραν να διατηρήσουν τα αντίσκηνά τους έξω από το υπουργείο. Τρεις ακόμα διαδηλωτές προσκομίστηκαν στο νοσοκομείο, με δύο από αυτούς να αποκομίζουν τραύματα στο κεφάλι, ευτυχώς όμως, όχι σοβαρά. Ανακοινώσεις για το περιστατικό εξέδωσαν διάφορες συλλογικότητες, μεταξύ των οποίων και η ΠΟΕΣΥ. Μάλιστα, ακόμα και ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, αναγκάστηκε να καταγγείλει την αστυνομική αυθαιρεσία, ρίχνοντας ουσιαστικά τα βέλη στην ίδια την κυβέρνησή του.

Στις μέρες που ακολούθησαν, η ΒΙΟΜΕ πραγματοποίησε διάφορες εξωστρεφείς δράσεις και τα πανό στήριξης έξω από το υπουργείο αυξάνονταν. Κορυφαία στιγμή, αποτέλεσε η επίσκεψη του τραγουδιστή, Μανού Τσάο, ο οποίος φόρεσε το μπλουζάκι του σωματείου και ερμήνευσε μερικά από τα πιο γνωστά τραγούδια του. Ξεχώρισε η στιγμή όπου οι συγκεντρωμένοι φώναζαν το «χωρίς εσένα γρανάζι δεν γυρνά, εργάτη μπορείς χωρίς αφεντικά» και ο μεγάλος καλλιτέχνης, τους συνόδευε με την κιθάρα του, με τα βίντεο της στήριξής του προς τη ΒΙΟΜΕ, να κάνουν τον γύρο του κόσμου.

Την Τρίτη, υπήρξε νέα συνάντηση με το υπουργείο, όπου αρχικά οι αξιωματούχοι της κυβέρνησης, υποχώρησαν σε βασικά αιτήματα λειτουργίας. Σύμφωνα με τον εκπρόσωπο εργαζομένων, Μ. Αναγνώστου, αρνούνταν να καταθέσουν τις δεσμεύσεις γραπτά, μέχρι που οι εργάτες το απαίτησαν, δηλώνοντας ότι αλλιώς θα παραμείνουν μέσα στο υπουργείο να διεκδικήσουν. Έτσι, η ηγεσία του υπουργείου υποχώρησε εκ νέου, όμως το έγγραφο που εξέδωσε τελικά μερικές ώρες μετά δεν περιέχει καμία δέσμευση.

Οι εργάτες παραχώρησαν συνέντευξη τύπου στο ΕΚΑ όπου, μεταξύ άλλων, ανέφεραν τα εξής: «Θεωρούμε απαράδεκτη την υπεκφυγή του υπουργείου, που σε ανακοινώσεις δεν αναφέρει καν τα αιτήματα της ΒΙΟΜΕ. Απαιτούμε να μάθουμε ποιος διέταξε την επίθεση στο Καραβάνι, και αν έτσι πλέον θα αντιμετωπίζουν τους εργάτες. Καταγγέλλουμε την αλαζονική και αδιάφορη στάση του Κατρούγκαλου. Μόνο θετικό στοιχείο η δέσμευση για μόνιμη σύνδεση νερού-ρεύματος στο εργοστάσιο, αλλά μένει να δούμε στην πράξη, αν αυτό θα υλοποιηθεί. Δεν μας αφορά η αόριστη στήριξη, οι καλές προθέσεις και τα χτυπήματα στην πλάτη, κρίνουμε την κυβέρνηση μόνο από τις πράξεις της. Δεν είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι από τη στάση του υπουργείου, αλλά συνεχίζουμε τον αγώνα, επιστρέφουμε στο κατειλημμένο εργοστάσιο, συνεχίζουμε την παραγωγή, παίρνουμε τις τύχες μας στα χέρια μας. Τα δικά μας “Όχι”, δεν θα γίνουν “Ναι”». Πριν μιλήσουν στον Τύπο, οι εργάτες είχαν αναρτήσει 2 μεγάλα πανό απεύθυνσης στην εργατική τάξη στα ελληνικά και στα γαλλικά, ως ένδειξη στήριξης και αλληλεγγύης στους εξεγερμένους της Γαλλίας.

Τέλος, κάλεσαν τον κόσμο να συμμετάσχει στην Ευρωμεσογειακή Συνδιάσκεψη που θα γίνει το φθινόπωρο στο εργοστάσιο της ΒΙΟΜΕ, με συμμετοχή συνεργατικών και κατειλημμένων επιχειρήσεων από ολόκληρο τον κόσμο.
